Le Boulier is situated in the mountain village of Les Coches with stunning views from the balconies of the Tarentaise Valley and Mont Blanc. Le Boulier is a small apartment building built in the traditional Savoyard style.

Le Boulier is ski in – ski out on the piste to Montchavin, just below the Les Coches pistes and only 30m to the nearest lift. The apartments are in a tranquil setting, only a 5/10 minutes walk to the village center with shops, small super market, tourist office, ski hire, restaurants and bars. The apartments are conveniently located close to slopes, lift system, ice skating rink and only 150m to the ski school meeting point. There is a free bus to the village below with sauna and Jacuzzi suite.

There is free parking in front of the residence.

These luxury apartments are privately owned, individually furnished and equipped to the highest standards. All the apartments have a dishwasher, ceramic hob, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer. Linen, hand towels, bath towels and bath mats are provided. Hairdryer supplied. All with luxury ski locker with heated boot warmers!

Please note that all our apartments are non-smoking and no pets allowed.

La Source self-catered service

We offer a high quality service with email and phone contact giving advice on travel, pre-booking of ski lessons, pre-booking discounted lift passes and pre-booking discounted equipment hire.

We offer a service which makes your holiday run as smoothly as possible. This means more time on the slopes and less time wondering around the village trying to find the ski hire shop and queuing for lift passes and booking lessons etc.

La Source has an in resort rep available for emergencies. We are also here to welcome you to Montchavin-Les Coches and show you to your chalet. We will provide you with a welcome pack consisting of all information, piste maps etc. If you have pre-booked lessons we will be on hand to make sure that you know where the meeting point is and, if at all possible, we will be there to introduce you to your instructor. We will also make sure that your children have helmets that are free of charge when group lessons have been booked

THE VILLAGES We are situated in the mountain villages of Montchavin and Les Coches. Les Coches and Montchavin are 1 km apart, with their own ski area at the heart of the massive Paradiski area of La Plagne/Les Arcs. Les Coches is a village of traditional style buildings with a combination of old world character and contemporary comfort, with a few local restaurants and bars. There are 2 bars and 1 night club open till late for those of you who can dance until 4am! Montchavin is an authentic Savoyarde village and a vibrant ski station. As night falls the village lights make for a magical setting in this picturesque mountain village. Access by vehicle to the centre of the village is strictly controlled which means there is very little noise to disturb the tranquillity. SKIING & BOARDING Our chalets and apartments are in the heart of the Paradiski area (420km of piste) offering more than enough variety for any level of skier or snowboarder. The Paradiski area comprises of the 2 huge ski areas of La Plagne and Les Arcs linked by the new Vanoise Express cable car. Montchavin-Les Coches is perfectly placed in the centre giving quick and easy access to both areas. The Paradiski area has something for everybody. For beginners there are two local areas specifically designed for you in Les Coches with nursery slopes separated from, but next to, one of the tree lined runs, which leads back to the chalet. A network of snow cannons on the lower slopes ensures that you will normally be able to ski back home. The wide blues and reds of the Paradiski area are perfect for intermediates and the blacks on the Bellcôte Glacier and Aiguille Rouge are testing enough for any advanced skier or boarder. The famous off-piste route down the North Face of the Bellcôte Peak is well worth experiencing - you will need a qualified guide to show the way, we can vouch for the fact that it is awesome. This is a great area for boarders, beginners and experts alike. There are some fantastic cruisy blues to get you started, a great off-piste playground, half pipe, board parks and boarder cross. The size of the Paradiski area (one of the largest ski areas in the world) means there are plenty of day trips visiting other linked ski stations such as Les Arcs, Villaroger, Montalbert and Champagny. If 420km isn’t enough for you we are also only a 50 minutes drive from both Val d’Isere/Tignes and the 3 Vallees.
